We've added a new security measure to our wallet system that includes a small change to deposits made via bank account. Your bank account will first need to be verified by a micro-transaction.
Add your bank account information in at wallet.fanball.com by clicking Pay with Bank. Enter your account and routing numbers, make sure your payment amount is correct and then click the blue Start Verification button. We will send a small deposit (between $0.01 and $1.00) to your account. Once you see the deposit amount (arrives within one business day) in your bank account, please go to wallet.fanball.com, and then click Complete Verification and enter the amount to confirm your bank account.
Once this is done, the micro-deposit amount will bounce back to SportsHub. Your payment will begin processing and clear within 3-5 business days.
Note that you cannot have more than 3 verified bank accounts at one time. If you wish to remove one, please open a support ticket.
