If you've made a credit card deposit within the last 90 days, a withdrawal will first be processed back to the card as a refund up to the amount of the original deposit.
For example: John Doe deposits $20 on January 1st. He uses those funds to play on Fanball. He then wins $100 from Fanball. On February 10th, he withdraws all $100. The first $20 will be refunded back to the card used to make the original deposit. The remaining $80 will be paid out via the method of withdrawal he chooses.
If the card used to make the deposit is expired, refundable deposits will be returned to your new card as long as the account numbers remain the same. If you deposited with a gift or prepaid card, refundable deposits will be returned up to the original value to that card.
The credit card refunds take 3-4 business days to appear back on your card.
If you no longer have the payment method used to make the original deposit(s), let us know by opening a support ticket.
