When you're on the FGC home page, click on Notifications. Select which email, SMS (text) and app push notifications you'd like.
From the Fanball mobile app:
Click the hamburger menu button on the top right. Then click Notification Preferences. Select when and how you receive email, SMS (text) and app push notifications.
You can then opt into SMS and/or email notifications for the following situations:
- Prize Awarded - Sent after a contest completes, if you've won a prize.
- Pre-event Selections - Sent the day before the event begins, so you can confirm your selections.
- Player withdrawn - Sent when a player you have selected withdraws from the tournament.
- Missing Pick - Sent the evening before a tournament locks, and you still haven't made your pick.
- Field Available - Sent when the field of players has been set for a tournament and you can make your pick.
- Event Summary - Sent when an event finishes (different than the overall contest)
